Should bad weather or any reason from the owner or their employees cause the charter boat to be cancelled on, or prior to, the day of your booking, our preference is to offer you another available day. If this is not possible then a FULL REFUND will be provided. Refunds will be made the same method as payment. The hirer shall have no claim on any account against boatcharterservices.com.au, its employees and contractors.
Should the Hirer cancel prior to the booked date the following refund applies :-
- Hours (days) Hirer Cancels Prior to Booking Refund Amount (of quoted price)
- 8 Days or more Deposit is lost
- 168 hours (7 days) 50% refund of total quoted price
- 120 hours (5 days) 40% refund of total quoted price
- 72 hours (3 days) 30% refund of total quoted price
- 48 hours (2 days) 20% refund of total quoted price
- 24 hours (1 day) no refund
- Day of charter no refund
