Sailing Cruises on the beautiful Gold Coast aboard the 11.5m Epsilon is ideal for anniversaries, birthdays, hens, corporate or any special private function. This boat charters for up to 10 guests in-shore or for up to 6 guests off shore.  Hence, we specialize in taking small groups and couples on a memorable cruise.

Epsilon was designed in Holland by the Van de Stadt design team. She was designed with modern construction methods to produce a fast and strong hull that is also spacious and comfortable down below the decks.  She was further handcrafted by the original owner Michael for over 3 years.  Launched in Adelaide in 1999. she completed her first Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race at the end of that year.  This was to be the first of 5, which included a divisional win in 2001.

Epsilon is now owned and operated by husband and wife team Grant and Catherine, local Gold Coasters who will welcome you and your group onboard with exceptional customer service and a cruising experience to remember.

Whale Under Sail

Enjoy a few hours off Gold Coast during the winter months to view the humpback whales as they pass by as part of their annual migration. Max 6 persons:

Capacity: Can carry up to 10 guests on the Broadwater or up to 6 guests off shore.

Charter Prices:

Private Charter : $400 per hour – minimum 2 hour hire.  $450 for 1-hour cruise

Whale Watching: $850, 9am to 1pm (July to Sep) including snack plate of croissants, fruits and drinks.

Ash Scattering: $649 for 1.5 hr trip

Food: Your charter includes a complimentary snack platter. Should you require more substantial catering for your cruise, this can be arranged on your behalf. or you are welcome to bring your own food if you wish.

Drinks: Your charter includes complimentary 2 glasses of sparkling wine or beer. However, you are welcome to BYO your favourite drink.

Non-private Cruise Price (with other people but including food):

(1)  2-hr Sunset Cruise (departing 4.30pm or 3.30pm from April to Aug) – $89 Per person and $49 for kids

2 Complimentary glasses of sparkling wine, beer or soft drink, platter of nibbles (fresh fruit, cheeses & sweet treat), Hinterland sunset, spectacular views of city lights as day turns to night and the occasional dolphin.

(2) 2-hr Midday Cruise (departing 12pm) – $89 per person and $49 for kids.

2 complimentary glasses of sparkling wine, beer or soft drink, platter of nibbles (fresh fruit, cheeses, & sweet treat), Cruise along the famous Stradbroke Island & Gold Coast Broadwater, watch for dolphins & the occasional dugong or sea eagle.

(3) We specialise in Exclusive Cruise for $379 per couple. Add additional guest for $49 per person: Cruise times available are

1. 8.30am – 10:30am,
2. 12pm – 2pm,
3. 2.30pm – 4:30pm or 5pm – 7pm

• Great for couples, romantics or that special occasion. Nobody else except your friendly skipper and crew aboard.
• 2-hour midday or sunset sailboat cruise with nibbles platter on the Gold Coast Broadwater
• Pass highlights of the Gold Coast Broadwater such as Seaworld, South Stradbroke Island and the Gold Coast Spit.
• Enjoy amazing views of the hinterland or sunset if evening cruise chosen.
• Chat with the captain about Australia’s classic yacht races and learn about the Gold Coast’s history
• Includes a scrumptious food platter along with two complimentary glasses of sparkling wine, beer or soft drink each during the cruise. BYO welcome
• Not available Saturday nights.

In the event of Inclement Weather:

If there is a bad weather warning we cancel and either reschedule or refund. If it is raining but we are running the guest is able to reschedule as long as it is 24 hours prior to the trip. Generally,  if guest is able to reschedule and the weather is not nice, we allow them to reschedule up to the morning of the cruise as we want the trip to be amazing.
