Rosie is a romantic timber boat suitable for all occasions, including birthdays, weddings, hens parties and work parties. Small gatherings of friends, families with children and romantic trips for two are all welcome.  Discover the sparkling Gold Coast Broadwater as you celebrate your occasion or simply relax aboard Rosie.

We have a sound system with a microphone, mixer and an iPad with Spotify to choose your favourite playlists. We can accommodate DJs or musicians for your event. We also offer party games for entertainment onboard.

We anchor at scenic areas in the Gold Coast Broadwater for swimming. The Broadwater is sheltered from the open ocean and the water is calm.

Rosie Boat offers a fridge, ice and eskies for drinks and small food items that require refrigeration. We also provide glassware.  We have a small Weber and serving utensils for simple Aussie barbecues of sausages, steaks, chops etc for you to cook out on the water. We provide eco-friendly plates, cutlery and serviettes.

Capacity: Can carry up to 30 guests on the Broadwater.

Preferred cruise times:

Day: 11 am to 3 pm

Sunset: 4 pm to  8 pm

Boarding Location: (1) 2 & 3 hour charters depart from the Runaway Bay Marina. (2) 4 hour can choose Runaway bay or Muriel Henchman Drive in Main beach.

Last minute deal:
Book within 7 days of sailing date if available and receive $100 off per hour.

Drinks: BYO.  We supply eskies and ice.

Currently we work with Dan Murphy’s at Biggera Waters for guests to order drinks online. We’re happy to pick them up for you, so they’re icy cold for your arrival. If you choose this option, please place your order within a week of your charter. List Rosie Boat Charters as the pickup contact.

Feel free to choose two mixed drinks or cocktails for your event. Let us know which type of drink you’d like as a welcome aboard beverage. We’re happy to mix up two types of your favourite cocktails for you. Simply tell us which cocktails on booking and add the ingredients to your Dan Murphy’s order.

Our Special Grazing Tables:

Rosie offers two grazing table options, depending on the number of guests in your Gold Coast boat charter party. Feel free to swap items as desired and let us know what you’d prefer instead when you book.

Option one: 10 to 15 guests. Cost: $350

Option two: 15 to 30 guests. Cost $550
