A new, purpose-built vessel, Spirit of Elston, is a 16 metre, two level river cruise vessel, with the top deck completely open air for uninterrupted viewing. It has a maximum capacity of 140 people for stand-up cocktail parties or 80 in a sit-down banquet. The yacht’s clever low-profile design enables it to pass under the canal bridges in the area. Toast to the good life as you cruise the breathtaking waterways. Our great service combined with a fantastic vessel makes this the ideal venue for any corporate or social function, gathering or party. The Spirit of Elston can cater for events of multiple sizes, purposes and occasions. Perfect for weddings, large gala dinners, cocktail events, corporate events, anniversaries, birthday parties or family gatherings. Intimate or grand, we have the function space and catering options to suit all budgets.
The spacious upper deck is set out with modern-casual decor and a synthetic grass finish.
There is plenty of space for DJ, live band and dancing.
You can also set up the upper deck as a floating cinema under the stars. Projector screens can be hired for use.
The air-conditioned lower deck dining room has a fully-licensed bar and kitchen facilities. For background music, there is an iPad connected to Spotify and the vessel’s sound system. Guests can operate it or leave to staff to provide the music. Alternatively, bring your own playlist on your device to connect to our sound system. There is a microphone / PA system as well as a large TV onboard.
Catering is done with the finest seasonal produce, prepared by top local chefs.
